Kabab Ka Salan

… So known by many names, this is basically Seekh Kabab in a sauce. I always make and keep Seekh Kabab in the freezer just for those days when I have to come up with a meal quickly.
Instructions
Step – 1
You will need:
1 onion finely sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic minced
1 tsp ginger minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp red pepper
½ tbsp coarsely ground coriander
2 tomatoes or 14 oz can of pureed tomatoes
1 bell pepper chopped
1 lb of frozen Seekh Kabab (about 12-15)
1 green pepper (serrano, jalapeno) for garnish
Cilantro for garnish
Fry the onion in oil for 5 minutes until is is softened, add the garlic, ginger and the spices and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and the bell pepper and cook everything together for 10 minutes or so until oil separates from the sauce. Now add the frozen seekh kabab and cook for additional 20 minutes on low heat.
